By downloading, installing, or using the Printer Scanner application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Printer Scanner regarding your use of the App.

2. Description of Service

Printer Scanner provides mobile document scanning, editing, and management services, including:

  • Document scanning using device camera
  • Image enhancement and editing tools
  • OCR (Optical Character Recognition) functionality
  • Cloud storage and synchronization
  • Direct printing capabilities
  • Document sharing and export features

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Premium features are available through subscription:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all documents and content you create using the App. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process your content to provide the requested services
  • Store your content if you use cloud features
  • Generate thumbnails and previews

We will never access, use, or share your personal documents beyond what is necessary to provide our services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Scan or distribute illegal or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Printer Scanner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Use our trademarks without permission
  • Remove any proprietary notices

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy or reliability of results
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security of data transmission

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printer Scanner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data or documents
  • Business interruption
  • Personal injury

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Printer Scanner, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of subscription fees

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
